Meet Kim - Founder

Kim Crotty is an athletic trainer, experienced yoga teacher, and wellness professional with certifications as an E-RYT, Certified Yoga Instructor, Thai Bodywork Practitioner and Reiki practitoner, and specialist in Sports Medicine and Post-Rehabilitative Fitness.

Yoga has been a transformative force in Kim’s life. After her very first yoga class, she experienced such a profound sense of balance and connection between body, mind, and heart that she knew she would one day become a yoga teacher. Nearly ten years later, that vision became reality when she completed her yoga teacher training at Sonic Yoga in New York City, a studio she affectionately refers to as her "mother school."

Committed to lifelong learning, Kim continues to travel, study, and teach yoga whenever possible, deepening her practice and expanding her knowledge through experiences around the world. She works with students of all ages, from children to adults, and specializes in Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Her work also includes supporting athletes, individuals recovering from injury, and children with special needs.

Kim’s teaching style blends the energy and flow of Vinyasa Yoga with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. She brings warmth, playfulness, and encouragement to every class while helping students cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.

While strengthening the physical body, Kim’s intention is to create a space for connection, transformation while helping people reconnect and soul healing. Through yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and bodywork, she creates a space where students can feel grounded, supported, and empowered on their personal wellness journey.

Her mission is to share the healing power of yoga and holistic wellness with as many people as possible, creating opportunities for connection, growth, and transformation within her community and beyond. Whether teaching in the studio, working one-on-one with clients, or sharing her practice throughout the world, Kim is dedicated to helping others discover greater balance, strength, healing, and connection in their lives.

As Kim often says, "Yoga is my life raft. My goal is to change the world one mat at a time."

That belief continues to guide her work every day as she helps clients cultivate strength, healing, balance, and a deeper connection to themselves—both on and off the mat.
